Monthly Online Program- $150

Includes a customized strength training or weight loss plan with a weekly review of your progress through pictures, weigh-ins, and measurements. Adjustments to your program will be made as needed based on your progress. Basic nutrition support will be provided that includes specific calorie goals and macronutrient ratios with weekly adjustments to your plan as needed.

8 week Online Program – $274.99 (that’s a $25 savings when you sign up for 2 months at a time)

12 week Online Program – $399.99 (that’s a $50 savings when you sign up for 3 months at a time)

Basic nutrition support will be provided that includes specific calorie goals and macronutrient ratios with weekly adjustments to your plan as needed.

Monthly Online Nutrition Coaching OR Monthly Online Strength Training Programs – $75.00 each/month

Monthly nutrition programs include basic nutrition support (strength training not included) that provides specific calorie counts and macronutrient ratios with weekly adjustments to your plan as needed. Adjustments are based on weekly pictures, weigh-ins, and measurements.  Monthly strength training programs (nutrition guidance not included) include a customized strength training plan with a weekly review of your progress through pictures, weigh-ins, and measurements. Adjustments to your program will be made as needed based on your progress.

One-on-one personal training – $55 per person/1 hr session OR $80 for two people/1 hr session

One-on-one training is available for those who live in the Austin, Texas area. I see clients in my fully equipped private home gym in Northwest Hills on Mondays and Thursdays.  Please contact me so we can discuss what type of plan and schedule would work best for you.  Please note there is a $55 fee for the initial one hour consultation.  *** if you are training in person with me once /week the monthly online program fee is reduced to $100/month
